What is "myCampus"?


The myCampus platform serves as your central hub for all study-related activities. On myCampus, you will find important academic content such as your courses, class schedule, documents, and invoices.


Forgot your password? (PMU- / Microsoft account)


If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it via https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com/. Please note that Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) must already be set up, to use this service.
If you change your password, be sure to update it across all your accounts. o avoid login issues, we recommend signing out of all applications and signing back in with your new password. This applies to services such as your email account (e.g., Outlook), eduroam, and all browsers.
In case you experience login issues after changing your password, it may help to clear your browser cache. You can find instructions on how to do so here.
If you encounter any problems while resetting your password, please contact https://support.pmu.ac.at/ by submitting a support ticket. Make sure to include an email address that you currently have access to. Responses to your ticket will be sent to that email address.
